FAQ

1) How do you ship?  Items are shipped via first class mail unless otherwise requested and then shipping must be quoted and changed.

2) Do you ship internationally?  I can ship internationally, but currently do not have pay pal set up for internationally shipping, so shipping has to be researched and then quoted to you. Please inquire if you want something shipped to you and you live overseas. :D

3) Can I get mail insurance on my items? You can get insurance on your items by requesting it but it must be done before payment is received or you will then receive another invoice for the insurance amount.   Pieceful Art is not responsible for lost packages and suggests mail insurance if you are worried about this!

 3) Do you make custom items? Absolutely, just send me a message and we can discuss making you a one of a kind item just for you!
