3 x 6 swap blocks

So here are my swap blocks for the 3 x 6 bee, 2nd quarter. I went with a simple double nine patch. Although a simplistic block, it is one of my favorites. This is first block I sewed, by hand, when I taught myself to sew and quilt...years ago. It brought back those memories when I saw them all done. That quilt which is still just a top, and will probably remain so, lol. But I still love it and look where I have gotten.

    I can see why you like it. I know nothing about quilting, but these are striking. :)

    Thanks Rita! :D I do love piecing and quilting. I wish I could do it more often and work less! :D
