Creamy Chicken Chili

I thought I would share my recipe for the chili I made back in October, since it was apparently good people said. I also must admit, I liked it! And I am a pretty picky eater.  ENJOY and please let me know what you think if you make it!

Desiree’s  Creamy Cheese Chicken Chili in the Crockpot
4-chicken breasts – cubed/sliced or diced
2-cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
2-cans sweet corn
2-cans black beans – drained
2-8oz packs of cream cheese
1-packet of chili mix
2-packets ranch mix
2-Tbsp onion powder
2-tsp crushed red pepper –
Other misc herbs for taste
Pinch of Garlic Pepper
Pinch of Cilantro
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Chili Salt (got this at Ollie’s) still tastes really good without this one

Once chicken is cubed add to crock pot and then pour in tomatoes, corn and the drained black beans, add your spices and then add the cream cheese. Turn on crock pot and cook on either High for 5 hours or Low for 7-8. Stirring about every half hour until the cream cheese has melted and been mixed in and the chicken is cooked. Time can be negotiable depending on your cock pot, just make sure your chicken is done all the way through! And enjoy!!!!
My crock pot is larger, around 8 QT I think. This fills it up. Can be halved, but we eat a lot so not sure why anyone would want less. J
